School Business Manager

Chessbrook ESC is seeking an experienced and motivated School Business Manager to join our exceptional team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a high-performing educational environment where you will play a central role in the leadership and management of all business operations across the school.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Headteacher, overseeing finance, strategic planning, health and safety, premises, and compliance. You will be instrumental in supporting the operational demands of both our extended services and alternative provision across South West Hertfordshire.

Salary: H8–H9 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time or part-time considered
