Take fourth exit onto Hempstead Road A411 sign-posted town centre then take third exit at roundabout sign-posted Rickmansworth Road A412. Bear right onto Hagden Lane and take third exit at mini-roundabout onto Tolpits lane. Chessbrook is 50 metres on the right.

Take exit sign-posted Watford Town Centre A4008. Continue until taking second exit at roundabout onto ring road. Follow until bearing left onto Vicarage road (bear right to remain on Vicarage road). Continue onto Hagden Lane, follow until taking the first exit at mini-roundabout onto Tolpits lane. Chessbrook is 50 metres on the right.

Watford Tube (Metropolitan Line) – 15 minutes walk, turn right onto metropolitan station app, cross over at lights onto Hagden lane, continue until bearing right onto Tolpits Lane. Chessbrook is 50 metres on the right.
Watford Junction Station (British Rail)-Come out of Watford Junction station look to your left there is a bus station catch a number 10 bus going to the Holywell Estate get off at the first bus stop in Tolpits Lane cross over the road to Chessbrook .You can also catch a number 5 or 6 bus from the bus station going towards Rickmansworth get off at Hagden Lane go towards the traffic lights turn right into Hagden Lane continue untill you reach the roundabout bear right onto Tolpits Lane. Chessbrook is 50 metres on the right.
